Slipper Genie - Fun Way to Clean Your Hardwood Floors!

I will soon be the proud owner of a hardwood floor! Yes, we are in the process of renovating and redecorating our home and on the list is a hardwood floor for our soon-to-be expanded kitchen. With it, though, comes the question, "How do I clean the thing?"  I have a notion about how to do it but am not yet experienced with the task.

What I do know, though, is that with two dogs in the house I will want to keep up with it.  So, as I was searching the internet, looking for the "how to" article that would help me out, I came across these funny looking slippers that were created for dusting and removing dog fur from hardwood floors.  Slipper Genies!   I giggled when I first saw them.  

Then, knowing cyber-world as I do, I looked for the You Tube videos that had to be out there about this product.  I found a cute and fun one by Erin O'Brien, a fellow writer.  

She obviously lacks a camera-person to follow her around. I identify with that. So, she put her laptop on the floor and gave us all a fun view of her first encounter with her own Slipper Genies that way! As they say, "You've gotta do what you've gotta do!"

Slipper Genies come in bright pink, lime green, plaid and KID SLIPPER GENIES with ANIMAL FACES!  I have a little army of grand and great grandchildren and grand-nephews, too.  If I buy them each a pair, do you think I can get them to skate around my kitchen when they come to visit?  We'll definitely need a cameraman for that one!
