Chicken Shish Kabob
Ingredients
Boneless chicken, cut into 1 inch squares, marinated
Pineapple chunks -- 1/2 - 1 can
Cherry tomatoes
Green pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
Fresh whole mushrooms, washed
White onion, cut into large pieces
Marinade (Italian salad dressing or Teriyaki sauce work well)
Directions
Marinate chicken for 1 hour then preheat your grill. While the grill is heating, alternate ingredients, slipping them onto skewers. Lay your kabobs on the hot grill, turning occasionally, until chicken is just done.
Serve on rice with soy sauce or on sub rolls.
Sides: Tossed salad, macaroni salad, couscous, salt potatoes & corn or potato salad
