Italian Tossed Salad With Field Greens

It is so simple that sometimes we forget how special a tossed salad can be!
Salad is healthy.
Salad is lite.
Salad is pretty.
Salad is tastes great.
Add one to your next party menu!
The tossed salads pictured above were served at my granddaughter's bridal shower and were a big hit. 

1 bag precut romaine lettuce
1 bag precut field greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 small can black olives, drained and rinsed
1/2 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/2 bag garlic croutons

Place all dry ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss.
Mix the Good Seasons mix per package directions 
(you will need cider vinegar, cooking oil and water).
Pour the dressing over the salad according to taste. 
Mix through.  
Serves 4-8

*offer a little chopped red onion on the side for those who would like it.
