Butterfinger Balls

Is it candy? Is it a cookie? Whatever it is, it is DELICIOUS and guaranteed 
to quickly disappear.So make a lot!

My daughter makes this recipe every holiday season and gives them as gifts. This is the first year she had enough to give some to me! Everyone swoops in and snatches them up so fast, I didn't stand a chance. :) That's why I just had to have the recipe...and I'm sharing it with you.

Butterfinger Balls


You will need:

·        Double boiler

·        Waxed paper



Ingredients:

·        ¼ butter or margarine
·        2 cups crunchy peanut butter
·        3 ½ cups powdered sugar
·        3 cups plain Rice Krispies
·       12 oz chocolate chips
·        ¾ bar paraffin


Directions:
·        Cream the margarine, peanut butter and powdered sugar.
·        Add Rice Krispies.
·        Shape into walnut-size balls.
·        Melt chocolate chips and paraffin, using a double boiler.
·        Keep over hot water while dipping balls.
·        Place on waxed paper till solidified.
·        The paraffin makes the chocolate shiny.
