Baking Tip: Make The Best Blueberry Muffins

Question: How do you keep blueberry muffins looking their best? 
Answer:   Use frozen blueberries in the recipe. 

Frozen? Why? Because they won't bleed into the batter as you blend them in. Really! Whether you use fresh and then freeze them or buy them already frozen, KEEP them frozen. 

The Process ...
  • Make your batter. 
  • Take the frozen blueberries and lightly toss them in granulated sugar. Gently blend them into the batter. 
  • Spoon the batter into those muffin tins and pop them in your preheated oven right away. Picture perfect.
