So, today I was browsing through the entries on our latest blog hop and came across an awesome project. It was a how-to on making burlap luggage bag-tag PILLOWS from a map. The pillows have that oldtime flavor to them, like you'd just found them in grandpa's attic. But they aren't old. Claire made them!
Claire's blog, Pillar Box Blue, has to be one of the best kept secrets on the internet. In my humble opinion, she should have hundreds of thousands of followers EVERYWHERE, but those of us who are familiar with her work must be keeping her all to ourselves, LOL. Well, as for me, it is time for that to change!

I decided to make my contribution to her upcoming fame and spotlight Claire's handiwork today on Ducks 'n a Row, broadcasting it to my little part of the online world. If you love crafts and outrageously cute DIY projects, follow Claire everywhere so that you don't miss a thing.
Check out just some of her marvelously crafty ideas:
About Claire Armstrong: From her Twitter bio I have learned that she lives in the Bedford England. A long way from where I live in Upstate NY. Don't you love that about the internet? Where else would we cross paths?
So, I hopped over from Twitter to her "about" page on Pillar Box Blue to get more info. Claire is married, has three boys and a cute little dog named Toby. Her passion is to create upcycled DIY projects and show us how to do it. When you see what she does, I just know you will be visiting her site often to see what her next weekly craft tutorial will be.
