Cheesecake Berry Parfait
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 pkg Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
1 cup COOL WHIP, thawed
Graham crackers, coarsely chopped
Fresh raspberries and blueberries
Reddi-wip whipped cream in a can
- Mix softened cream cheese with an electric mixer.
- Add in milk, gradually.
- Pour dry pudding powder into the mixture and blend.
- Whisk in Cool Whip.
- Chop graham crackers into very small pieces.
- Layer as follows:
- Graham Cracker pieces
- Cream Cheese mixture
- Top decoratively with Reddi-wip whipped cream topping.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: be sure that your cream cheese is truly softened before you begin. If the cream cheese is solid, the mixture will be lumpy.
